We take your account security extremely seriousness and strongly recommend that you enable 2 Factor AUthentication for your future use of the platform. This is how you enable this within your own profile:
Click on 'My Profile' in the top right-hand corner.
From the dropdown menu, click on 'Security & passwords'.
Click on the button that says 'Set up 2-factor authentication now'.
Enter your Governance360 login credentials to continue.
Select the appropriate authentication method and click continue.
Please note - a Board Admin can NOT enable 2FA for another member of their Board. This is because this would give them unauthorised personal details from the board member and hence the workflow has been designed to industry standards for this section.
