As an Org Admin, navigate to the More dropdown menu on the dashboard.
From the More menu click Terms of Office
Click the Settings tab to configure the terms of office.
Enter the default number of Terms appropriate for your Organisation
Enter the default term length in years appropriate for your Organisation
Now enter the point at which you want to be notified that a Term of Office is ending soon (in days)
In this field you can enter information from your own Governing Document or Articles that outlines to all members what the Terms of Office are for your Organisation. You can of course edit this later on if you wish.
Select the checkbox to enable term tracking for (in this case) Sarah Jones. You do not have to enable Terms tracking for all members of your Organisation using Governance360
Next up, click Save Member Selection to confirm the member tracking preferences.
