How can I as Org Admin see if our Board Members have activated Two Factor Security?

This article will summarise how an Org Admin can see if Board Members have activated Two Factor Security (for example if required as part of a Cyber Essentials certification process)

  1. As Org Admin, Click the More dropdown menu

  2. Next, Click Reports

  3. From here, click the dropdown arrow to expand and view the detailed report information.

  4. Next, click the Update now button to refresh the 2FA status report data.

  5. You can see the status and method of authentication for each board member below as well as being able to export it to CSV via this button.
