Most people these days are used to being told not to click links from sources they don't trust in email. And we agree with that advice - one reason after all for using Governance360 is that we remove a huge amount of attachments and sensitive email being passed between board members on email.
However on day one, your board members might not realise you intend to trial Governance360 or indeed are aware of our brand.
For that purpose we recommend as follows:
First, that you tell them that you are trialling Governance360 using your existing means of communciation
Second, tell them to prepare for their invite email to be received (and ideally give them some timescales for when it will arrive)
Last, enclose this short outline of the platform and its benefits so they are comfortable to proceed.
