There are some circumstances that might require the Org Admin blocking the access of a member to the Governance360 app temporarily. For example, a concern that the member's email account has been compromised, the loss of a mobile phone used by them for 2 factor verification, or simply as the first part of offboarding them as a member of the Organisation on the App (see articles on Archiving and Deleting members too).
First, as a user with Admin Permissions, click the More menu
From here, click Members to view and manage all board members and their details.
Now, click the more options button to view additional actions for the member you wish to suspend.
Click Edit to modify the member's role and access permissions.
Click the Status dropdown to confirm the member's active status selection.
Following this, select Suspended from the dropdown menu to change member status.
Finally, Click the Save button to confirm and apply all member changes. From this point onwards, this member cannot log-in and access your Organisation and its data. If they are a member on another Board using Governance360 they will be able to log-in as usual and view, this function removes their action to YOUR organisation for now.
