There are two ways in which you can subscribe to your Organisation's Board calendar and add it to your email application. For the first, click the More dropdown menu
Next, click Board Calendar
Now click the Subscribe button
You now can copy and paste the long Calendar URL link and add it to the email application of your choosing (see instructions for the major calendar apps).
For example, here are the Details of how to add to an Outlook App on your desktop. Once done, click Close to move away from this feature
For the second way to subscribe to your calendars, click on your name in the Personal Profile section once logged-in
Following this, click Calendar feeds to configure your calendar subscription settings and preferences.
As with Method One, you can now copy and paste out your calendar links (or only one Organisation at a time if using Governance360 for multiple boards).
Last - remember it may take a few hours for a full synchronisation to take place between the Governance360 app and your native email application - most new calendars synch fully within 3-6 hours at the first attempt.
