In a role as a Board Administrator, start by clicking the More menu in your top navigation bar (you cannot manage the entries in the Board Calendar without having Admin level privileges)
Now, click Board Calendar to view and manage all scheduled meetings.
All Published meetings will automatically be included in the Board Calendar. If you have Member (i.e. non-admin) permission level rights to the platform, you will see these Published meetings automatically in this feature.
As an Admin, you can choose whether to include a Draft meeting (i.e. not yet published to Members, for example a Future meeting date).
If you wish to include a Draft meeting in the Board Calendar (for Members to view), then toggle the 'Show on Calendar' box on. This will then synch to members calendars in due course.
