How do I create a meeting in the Governance360 app?

This article will summarise how you can create a meeting for your organisation in the Gov360 app.

  1. From the main dashboard, as Board Administrator, click on "Meetings"

  2. Next, click on "Schedule new meeting"

  3. Choose the Committee that will host the next Meeting

  4. Add the name of the Meeting (required) and in the box below add a short description if you wish (not required)

  5. Now select the date and time for the Meeting

  6. Or choose from the calendar prompt directly

  7. Choose a date and time for the meet

  8. Now select the time allowed for the Meeting (in 30 minutes segments)

  9. Add the location for the meeting (or copy and paste a link to your Virtual meeting in Zoom, Teams or similar)

  10. Press Confirm to create the Meeting or Reset changes to cancel the meeting you have set-up
