How do I add Terms of Reference documents to a specific committee in Boards by Governance360?

  1. Firstly, as an Org Admin, click the More dropdown menu

  2. Now, click Committees to view all committees and their details.

  3. Next, click the Committee you wish to add a Terms of Reference Document to

  4. You can upload a new Document here to the committee.

  5. Or if one already exists, you can edit or delete it here

  6. To end, click the close button to exit the Manage document dialog.
