How do I edit documents that I've uploaded to my organisation on the Governance360 app?

This article will summarise how you can edit the documents you have uploaded to the 'Documents' section in Governance360

  • Only someone with Administrator access (global or committee admin) can edit documents within Governance360
  • If you have these permissions, click on the 'Documents' tab of the dashboard.
  • Click on the 3 dots to the right of the document you'd like to edit, then select 'Edit'.
  • A panel will appear prompting you to edit either the name of the document, or the file itself.
  • Make the relevant changes, then click the 'Save' button.
