How can I access customer support on Governance360?

This article will summarise how you can access our designated customer support team from inside the Governance360 app.

  • After successfully logging into Governance360, navigate to your Organisation's name.
  • You will land on the 'Meetings' page of the portal. From here, navigate to the 'Organisation profile' tab.
  • Scroll down passed your organisation's details and you will see the 'Have a problem or query?' section.
  • Submit any relevant issues, bugs, or recommendations and one of our designated support team will be in contact.
