Office opening hours
Our head office, based at the Alacrity Foundation offices in Newport, Gwent is open between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday for physical meetings and visits (only by prior-arrangement).
We are, of course, an online platform hence our opening hours for many of our customers operate long outside of these hours.
