This article summarises our approach to credit notes
There are a few circumstances in which we will offer a credit note once you have started using our services. Most obviously these include:
- You activate our 30 day quibble free guarantee whilst you are still trialling the platform. We'll remove your data after 30 days from the platform, credit your account with the monies paid to date. This only applies to annual plans.
- Once the 30 day refund period has expired, we are unable to refund annual licences
We are unable to credit use of the Academy as a standalone product once you have started consuming a course.
