How do I view the Meeting Attendance summary in Governance360?

This article summarises how Admins can view the Meeting Attendance summary in Governance360

  1. First, click the More dropdown menu

  2. Now click Attendance Report in the drop down menu

  3. From the summary screen you can now sort by a number of variables. First you can see all of the meetings included in the Report by clicking here

  4. You can sort by year here

  5. As follows by choosing a year here

  6. Or you can sort by Committee

  7. Sort by all committees or choose a specific one

  8. Or you can choose to sort by an individual member only
