When is Attendance Management activated for a Meeting?

Reasoning behind why attendance management is not activated until the date of a Meeting taking place

  1. In this fictional example, Today's Date is January 3rd. To see what happens if you attempt to record Attendance in advance of the Meeting on 6th Jan, click here to view details of the Meeting

  2. Navigate down the Meeting Page to the Attendance Register section

  3. Next, click the expand arrow to reveal the Attendance section details.

  4. This meeting is not yet ready to record Attendance for - the date today is 3rd January, whilst the Meeting is set for Jan 6th. Attendance management in Governance360 is set to take place once a meeting has been held.
