  • Trustees of Charities or Charitable Incorporated Organisations based in England & Wales

The learning objectives from this module are as follows:

  • Define what risk means in the context of an organisation

  • Summarise why it matters to Directors and Trustees of organisations

  • Explain a basic framework for risk, in particular what strategic and operational risks are

  • Discuss how risk may be managed in an organisation

  • Describe the purpose of a risk register
