This article summarises our position regarding the appointment of a DPO (Data Protection Officer) as part of our ongoing data management regime.
We assess our compliance with the GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation on a regular basis.
Our current assessment is that Board Secure Limited, trading as Governance360, does not fall under the requirements of article 37 of the GDPR. The full requirements can be found here.
As such, our assessment is that we are currently not mandated to designate a single individual as the legally named data protection officer.
