This article outlines how an Administrator using the BoardSecure portal can amend their Company Dashboard
Amending your Company dashboard details
Given the importance that we place on your organisation's security, we have strict controls in place over the ability to change the Company number or address of a customer of BoardSecure once set-up.
Our view is that these numbers (very) rarely change and hence we require special permission to change these details, which can only be managed by our Tech Support team.
Should you find yourself in the position of needing to change these details (for example in the event of a change of registered office), then please contact us on support@governance360.co.uk and we will begin to validate your request in line with Company policy and if verified, work with you to effect the change required.
