How do I invite a Board member to the Governance360 app?

This article summarises how an Adminstrator can add a new board member to the Governance360 app.

Adding a new Board member:

New Board members can only be added by a person with Administration rights to Governance360. This is done as follows:
  • Once logged in to the app, navigate to the 'Members' button underneath your organisation name in the top right-hand panel.
  • Click the 'Invite a member' button.
  • Fill out the form with your Board member's details. Remember to implement the correct access privileges (user or administrator) for that Board member.
  • Assign the Board member to the correct committee using the check boxes.
  • Click 'Send' to confirm the invite.
